The Great Southern Land menu is the star of the show!
Re imagining iconic Aussie dishes and featuring premium local produce and flavours, this is pure theatre on your plate.

Lamb pie topped with parsnip mash and served
with homemade tomato sauce and vegemite gravy.

**Mother’s Day luncheon menu**
 For the luncheon only, this will be a slightly shorter menu served without the Fish n Chips (Barra & Mango cerviche).
All other dishes served as per the above.

We are happy to accommodate food allergies and dietary requirements, including vegetarians and vegans. In some cases (degustation or banquet) a 2-3 course meal may need to be served if the allergy is complex, or a combination of multiple ingredients.

 

*Please let us know at least 7 working days before the event as we can’t change the menu on the night of the performance.
