Our garden is a magical place of taste and wonderment. Potted blooms, sweet fruits, and even the buzzing of insects give our chef inspiration. Ladies and gentlemen, take a walk with us through El’ Circo’s garden-inspired menu.

Vegetable consommé with broccoli, pea and cauliflower

Ricotta stuffed zucchini flower with capsicum coulis,
and potted flower salad.

Pastry parcel with tomato, thyme and seeded mustard filling,
served with basil pesto.

Double cooked pork belly wrapped in prosciutto, with wine poached pear and a baked potato, served with jus d’orange star anise.

Savoury French brie crème bruleé with a touch of honey,
served with a kataifi nest.

Pink Zebra strawberry shortcake shot.

Butterscotch Bumblebee mini sticky date pudding
with syrup-filled pipette infusion.
