Ricotta stuffed zucchini flower with capsicum coulis and a potted flower salad




Spring Thyme

Pastry parcel filled with tomato, thyme and seeded mustard served with basil pesto dressing





Virtual popcorn balloon & popcorn ice-cream




Spring Rolled Pork

Double cooked pork belly wrapped in prosciutto, jus d‘orange star anise,
with Waldorf salad, and a baked potato




Kataifi with Goats Cheese Egg Nest

A rosemary and parmesan kataifi nest laid with a chive and goats cheese egg

with a saucy sting in its tail 


We are happy to accommodate food allergies and dietary requirements, including vegetarians and vegans. In some cases (degustation or banquet) a 2-3 course meal may need to be served if the allergy is complex, or a combination of multiple ingredients.
