Vegemite lamb pie with Aussie gravy and pea coulis

Crispy chicken breast filled with spinach and mozzarella, chunky chips, corn on the cob, tangy tomato sauce

Tasmanian heritage Jindi brie crème brulee

with ginger and lime

    meringue with passionfruit and strawberry coulis

We are happy to accommodate food allergies and dietary requirements, including vegetarians and vegans. In some cases (degustation or banquet) a 2-3 course meal may need to be served if the allergy is complex, or a combination of multiple ingredients.
